Never saw Astro Boy, myself. Didn't air on TV here. If I wanted something even remotely like that, I was watching Inspector Gadget, and as I remember it that show was pretty lighthearted all the time.

Ah Inspector Gadget, what a simply classic show. I loved how simply satirical that show was. The fact that a young girl and a dog were more intelligent then a cyborg with plenty of gadgets was quite a paradox to me. When it comes to classic cartoons though, i still prefer things like Cow and Chicken and Animaniacs, where it would incorparate both childish humour and adult humour yet still get away with it. Too bad that doesn't happen anymore in cartoons. Good thing about Anime and JRPG's i suppose =P

I like all Japenese Anime in general. However I am really addicted to Cardcaptor Sekura at present. (Yeah, lame I know)

It scares me actually... so quite fitting for a moderator... makes you feel powerful when others are afraid of you :P

Bible Black was something I never understood, the spells and cermonies don't make any sense, and I think there was one short series and that was it,
I used to watch that if I wanted a laugh, the 'not-so-angelic' ^_- scenes in it are so exagurated it hilarous !!
(Yes, I know it's Hentai) but I just find it entertaining, at how over-exagurated it is xD

Batman is DC. So is Green Lantern, which I would have been like "OK I get that". Young Robin not so much.

An interesting anime to check out is Valkyria Chronicles, it was made into a game not long ago for PS3, you can watch it in Japanese with english subtitles, i'll include the link a little later; it's a really good Anime I'd highly recommend it. If you have played the game, watch the anime it will really suprise you. The Anime is like 100x better than the game.

don't use the mega video mirrors; they have a watching limit on them. Avoid MegaVideo where possible.

There own video player will be loaded by default anyway unless they don't have that episode.
